High Risk but Potential for High Returns
Have a look at this for a minute:-
- the prices change every few seconds.
You could buy at 25 and sell at 30 pips ($1.0025 to $1.0030). But that is only a fraction of a cent! Yes, but if you bought and sold half a million dollars then that difference
could represent $250. Or if you think the price is falling you could sell 'short' and buy later and make a profit on a bear market. If you get it right it is a 'win win'
situation.
The Forex market place is not controlled
to the same extent as the Stock Market or the Futures Market
so you need to be extra cautious where you do your trading.
If you have $15,000 plus to risk then you can deal from a
strong position. With less available you will need to work
through a broker.

The Forex market is full of statisticians who sell 'dead cert' algorithms to predict when to buy and when to sell. There are plenty of ideas to choose from
but the best method is to be kept well informed of financial and political events.
RealtimeForex in Switzerland provides software to run three grades of investors
starting at a Euro2,500 deposit. At their Silver account level they allow a 2% leverage which equates to 50 times your deposit. The result is that you can trade up to Euro125,000
with a minimum transaction of Euro10,000.
You can configure your account to show a window that displays current news releases from all over the world every minute and another window to show net profit
or loss on each of your trades in real time with a graph of the price. Each trade takes a fraction of a second to complete.
If you are away from your computer you can be texted to your mobile phone but my experience is that you are well advised not to be away from your computer at
